BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to pay an invoice in the amount
of$28,015.20 to International Business Machine Corporation (IBM) for the purchase of an
annual subscription fee for the AS/400 system software.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this theft day of
1999.
