BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to pay an invoice in the amount
of $64,265.62 to International Business Machines (IBM) for the renewal of an annual
maintenance contract on the mainframe computers (AS/400) and peripheral equipment
located in City Hall and the Police Department.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the _ day of
1999.
