BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to enter into a three-(3) year
contract with Prudential Insurance Company of America for Long Term Disability insurance
for the City of Beaumont effective January 1, 2000.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1999.
