BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute an agreement between
The Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railway Company and the City of Beaumont in the
amount of$142,582 to widen and improve the grade crossing on Walden Road.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1999.
