WHEREAS bids were received for a five- (5) year financing agreement with a fixed
interest rate of 5.29% for the purchase of a Pierce Lance Fire Pumper; and,
WHEREAS, Banc One Leasing Corporation, Corsicana, Texas, submitted a bid at
the rate of 5.29%; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Banc One
Leasing Corporation, Corsicana, Texas should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Banc One Leasing Corporation, Corsicana, Texas, for a five-
(5) year financing agreement with a fixed interest rate of 5.29% for the purchase of a
Pierce Lance Fire Pumper be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the --?1,4e day of
