BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the FY 2000 Capital Program is hereby adopted. The Capital Program is
substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit "A". A public hearing was held at 1:30
PM on August 31, 1999 in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, Beaumont, Texas.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
