WHEREAS proposals were requested for a computerized box office ticketing and
distribution system; and,
WHEREAS, one bid was received Monday, August 23, 1999, from ETM Dillard's
Ticketing Systems for furnishing a computerized box office ticketing and distribution
system in the units amounts as shown below:
Inside Sales Charges
Billed to City per Ticket Service Fees Charged to Customer per
Description Sold Ticket Sold
Box Office Sales .5% No service fees
Phone Sales 2% $2.50 per ticket plus$2.00 per order
Outlet Sales 2% $2.00 per ticket($.25 rebated to City)
25% of service charge for tickets sold at box
office for non Beaumont Convention Facility
Ticket Outlet Revenue events
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by ETM Dillard's
Ticketing Systems should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by ETM Dillard's Ticketing Systems for furnishing a computerized
box office ticketing and distribution system in the unit amounts shown above be accepted
by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 7Z-4 day of
