OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES TO AMEND SECTION
16-14 CONCERNING THE LOAN PERIOD;PROVIDING
FOR REPEAL AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.

THAT Chepter16,Sections 16-14 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Beaumont
be and the same are hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 1644. Loft Charges;processing IW*

renewal for two weeks
Cassettes Non-renewable $0.10
Compact Dom Nan-renewable $0.10
Sewing Pattems Non4 enewable $0.10

That If any secft%subsection.sentence,clause or phrase of this ordinance,or the
application of sarne to a particular set of persons or circumstances,should for any reason be
held to be invalid,such invalidity shad not~the remaining portions of this ordinanwe,and
to such end the various portions and provisions of this ordinance are declared to be
severable.
