WHEREAS, the three(3) properties described below and on Attachments"A", "B" and
"C" will be offered for sale during the Jefferson County Sheriff's Sale in October, 2001:

Total Appraised Value: $2,500
Owner: Judy Coynor
2. Lot 168, Block 14, Crary Addition

Appraiser: Aulbaugh &Associates
Total Appraised Value: $2,500
Owner: James L. Powell and wife, Dixie C. Powell
3. Plat A-6, Tract 1, J. McFaddin Survey

Owner: Jefferson County
and
WHEREAS, the properties are to be used for the construction of homes for the
Neighborhood Revitalization Project; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the above described properties and as described on Attachments
"A", "B" and "C" be and the same is hereby authorized.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 11th day of
September, 2001.
