BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Paulo Garcia, Kevin Glidwell and Lanell Garcia are added as authorized signatories
on the Workers' Compensation Account# 5007019284 at Hibernia National Bank; and
THAT Mary Morris is deleted as an authorized signatory on above-referenced account.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following individuals are authorized as those
persons who are authorized signatories for the Workers' Compensation Account #
