WHEREAS bids were received on August 9, 1999, for the purchase of two (2)
modular restroom units; and,
WHEREAS, GE Capital Modular Space, Malvern, Pennsylvania, submitted a bid in
the amount of $45,000; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by GE Capital
Modular Space, Malvern, Pennsylvania should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by GE Capital Modular Space, Malvern, Pennsylvania for the
purchase of two (2) modular restroom units in the amount of $45,000 be accepted by the
City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the .3/ ``day of
1999.
