BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a Construction and Maintenance
Agreement with the Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railway Company for the Walden
Road Widening Project. This agreement allows the installation of underground storm
sewer in the existing drainage ditch along the north side of the railway right-of-way.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1999.
