WHEREAS, bids were received on August 2, 1999, for the Sanitary Sewer
Rehabilitation of Small Diameter Mains - Contract I; and,
WHEREAS, Brystar Contracting, Inc., Beaumont, Texas, submitted a bid in the
amount of $123,618; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Brystar
Contracting, Inc., Beaumont, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Brystar Contracting, Inc., Beaumont, Texas for the Sanitary
Sewer Rehabilitation of Small Diameter Mains - Contract I in the amount of $123,618 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1999.
