WHEREAS bids were received on August 2, 1999, for the purchase of office
furniture for the new Municipal Court facility; and,
WHEREAS, Corporate Express submitted a bid in the amount of$20,158.27; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Corporate
Express should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Corporate Express in the amount of $20,158.27 for the
purchase of office furniture for the new Municipal Court facility be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the AG'--41( day of
1999.
