WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for the
Concord Road Right-of-Way Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto for the
Concord Road Right-of-Way Project be and the same is hereby, approved:
Parcel No. 24: 0.065 acre out of the A. Williams Survey
(2765 Concord Road)
Appraised Value: $9,703.00
Less Improvements Retained: 0.00
Total Compensation $9,703.00
Appraiser: Bishop Real Estate Appraisers, Inc.
