BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the following individuals are authorized as signatories for any institution the City
Council has already designated or may designate as a depository for the City of Beaumont
for banking, and facsimile purposes effective July 26, 1999:
Stephen J. Bonczek, City Manager
Beverly Hodges, Finance Officer
Kandy Daniel, Treasurer
Kyle Hayes, Executive Assistant to City Manager
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following individuals are authorized to request
electronic fund (wire) or ACH transfers of any and all City funds on deposit at Hibernia
National Bank:
Stephen J. Bonczek, City Manager
Beverly Hodges, Finance Officer
Kandy Daniel, Treasurer
Nada Rogers, Deputy Treasurer
Kyle Hayes, Executive Assistant to City Manager
