WHEREAS, property has been acquired for the Neighborhood Revitalization
Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the acquisition of the following land as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto for the
Neighborhood Revitalization Project, be and the same is hereby, approved:
Lots 25 and 26, Block 12 of Booker Heights Addition
(2620 and 2590 Harriot Street)
Appraised Value: $4,500
Appraiser: Aulbaugh and Associates
Owner: Estate of Esther T. Jones, Deceased
