WHEREAS bids were received on Monday, July 12, 1999, for an annual grounds
maintenance contract of Fair Park (Fairgrounds); and,
WHEREAS, Garden of Gethsemane, Beaumont, Texas, submitted a bid in the
amount of$22,056; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Garden of
Gethsemane, Beaumont, Texas should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Garden of Gethsemane, Beaumont, Texas for an annual
contract for grounds maintenance of Fair Park (Fairgrounds), with the option to extend for
one additional year, in the amount of$22,056 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 7 day of
QLZ,V 1999.
