WHEREAS, the worker's compensation claim of Arthur Collazo arising out of an
incident with Mary Leger has been discussed in an Executive Session properly called and
held Tuesday, June 1, 1999; and
WHEREAS, the Council desires to authorize the settlement of the lawsuit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager or his designee be, and he is hereby, authorized to settle the
worker's compensation subrogation claim of Arthur Collazo arising out of an incident with
Mary Leger for the sum of Three hundred sixty eight dollars and sixty three
cents($368.63).
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the Day
