WHEREAS, Centana Intrastate Pipeline, LLC has requested that the City
grant a pipeline easement across land out of the Christian Hillebrandt League, Abstract
28 for the construction of a pipeline and appurtenances, as described on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, Centana has offered to pay the City a total of$8,308 for the 15
(fifteen) foot permanent easement and the 35 (thirty-five) temporary construction
easement; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the execution of said pipeline
easement and is of the opinion that said pipeline easement is necessary and desirable and
that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute pipeline easements as
described above to Centana Intrastate Pipeline, LLC for consideration of $8,308.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day
of 11999.
