RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve the purchase of one
(1) John Deere Model 544H 4-wheel drive loader through the Houston-Galveston Area
Council (H-GAC) for the Water Utilities Department, Water Reclamation Division, in the
amount of$90,463.66.
