WHEREAS bids were received on Monday, May 17, 1999 for furnishing all labor,
materials, supplies and equipment to repair the Julie Rogers Theatre facade; and,
WHEREAS, Moore's Waterproofing, Orange, Texas, submitted a bid in the amount
of$176,681 for furnishing all labor, materials, supplies and equipment to repair the Julie
Rogers Theatre facade; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Moore's
Waterproofing, Orange, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Moore's Waterproofing, Orange, Texas in the amount of
$176,681 for furnishing all labor, materials, supplies and equipment to repair the Julie
Rogers Theatre facade be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1999.
