WHEREAS bids were received on Monday, May 10, 1999, for the construction of
a driveway and parking lots at the new Parks Operations Center; and,
WHEREAS, Treyco Contractors, Inc., Beaumont, Texas, submitted a bid in the
amount of$127,777; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Treyco
Contractors, Inc., Beaumont, Texas should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Treyco Contractors, Inc., Beaumont, Texas for the construction
of a driveway and parking lots at the new Parks Operation facility in the amount of
$127,777 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1999.
