WHEREAS bids were received on Monday, May 10, 1999, for the construction of
a new Parks Operations Center; and,
WHEREAS, SeTEX Construction Corporation, Beaumont, Texas, submitted a bid
in the amount of$404,400; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by SeTEX
Construction Corporation, Beaumont, Texas should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by SeTEX Construction Corporation, Beaumont, Texas for the
construction of a new Parks Operation facility in the amount of $404,400 be accepted by
the City of Beaumont.
