WHEREAS, by previous agreement, Esenjay Exploration, Inc. has drilled an oil and
gas well which is producing; and,
WHEREAS, the City by such previous agreement has agreed to allow the
construction of a pipeline across the City's property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into a written contract
with Esenjay Exploration, Inc. detailing the location of the pipeline for the transportation
of oil and gas and other hydrocarbons across City property and the appropriate
compensation for such said pipeline to be located substantially as shown on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes.
