BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Interim City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to award a contract to
Caron Compactor Company, a sole source provider, in the amount of $19,360 for the
replacement of compaction wheel components on a 1993 Caterpillar Compactor utilized
at the landfill for refuse compaction.
