WHEREAS sealed bids were received on Monday, June 7, 1999, for an annual
contract to provide uniforms for fire department personnel; and,
WHEREAS, Lone Star Uniform, Houston, Texas, submitted a bid in the unit amounts

$20,265.00 should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Lone Star Uniform, Houston, Texas, in the unit amounts
shown above at an estimated total of $20,265.00 for an annual contract to provide
uniforms for fire department personnel be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
