BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to purchase a Xerox DC230
digital copier by executing a sixty (60) month lease of$418.39 per month, and a buy out
cost of $500 totaling $25,603.40 from the Xerox Corporation through the State of Texas
Qualified Information System Vendor Program.
