BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve payment of an invoice
to CLM Equipment Company, Inc. for emergency repairs to Unit 5100, a 1990 Kobelco
excavator in the amount of$24,100.19.
