BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract extension from the
expiration date of March 30, 1999 to March 31, 2000 with the Statewide Consolidated
Community Development Corporation (SCCDC); and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a
contract extension from the expiration date of March 30, 1999 to August 11, 2000 with the
Southeast Texas Community Development Corporation (SETCDC)
