WHEREAS bids were received on April 19, 1999, for the Rehabilitation of Loeb
Water Well Number Three; and,
WHEREAS, Layne-Texas, Inc., Houston, Texas, submitted a bid in the amount of
$45,609.28; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Layne-Texas,
Inc., Houston, Texas should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Layne-Texas, Inc., Houston, Texas Rehabilitation of Loeb
Water Well Number Three in the amount of $45,609.28 be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the � _day of
