BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
The following individuals are authorized as signatories for any institution the City Council
has already designated or may designate as a depository for the City of Beaumont for
banking, and facsimile purposes effective April 27, 1999:
Ray A. Riley, City Manager
Beverly Hodges, Finance Officer
Kandy Daniel, Treasurer
Maurine Gray, Community Services Director
Kyle Hayes, Executive Assistant to City Manager
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following individuals are authorized to request
electronic fund (wire) or ACH transfers of any and all City funds on deposit at Chase Bank
of Texas, N.A. or its successor Hibernia National Bank effective April 20, 1999:
Ray A. Riley, City Manager
Beverly Hodges, Finance Officer
Kandy Daniel, Treasurer
Nada Rogers, Deputy Treasurer
Maurine Gray, Community Services Director
Kyle Hayes, Executive Assistant to City Manager
