BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to enter into a one (1) year
equipment maintenance insurance policy in the amount of $55,482 with Specialty
Underwriters Teleserve Plan through Insurance Concepts of Nacogdoches, Texas effective
May 1, 1999.
