BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Maurine Gray is added as an authorized signatory on City Accounts effective April
20, 1999. The following individuals are authorized as signatories for any institution the
City Council has already designated or may designate as a depository for the City of
Beaumont for banking, investments and facsimile purposes effective April 20, 1999:
Ray A. Riley, City Manager
Beverly Hodges, Finance Officer
Kandy Daniel, Treasurer
Maurine Gray, Community Services Director
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following individuals are authorized to request
electronic fund (wire) or ACH transfers of any and all City funds on deposit with Chase
Bank of Texas, N.A. or its successor Hibernia National Bank effective April 20, 1999:
Ray A. Riley, City Manager
Beverly Hodges, Finance Officer
Kandy Daniel, Treasurer
Nada Rogers, Deputy Treasurer
Maurine Gray, Community Services Director
