WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one (1) twenty (20) passenger
bus for the Clean Community Department, Community Resource Program; and,
WHEREAS, Texas School Bus Center, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of
$59,248; and
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Texas School
Bus Center, Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Texas School Bus Center, Inc. in the amount of$59,248, for
the purchase of one (1) 1999 Amtran twenty (20) passenger bus be accepted by the City
of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 1.3,6t day
