conveying Lot 1, Out of a 0.4738 Acre Tract in the David Brown League, Abstract 5, (1125
Lincoln Street) and Lot 2, Out of a 0.4738 Acre Tract in the David Brown League, Abstract
5 (1085 Lincoln Street) as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto to the Statewide
Consolidated Community Development Corporation, Inc. for the construction of new homes
for the Neighborhood Revitalization Project.
