WHEREAS sealed bids were received on Monday, March 8, 1999, for the
replacement of the exterior metal wall system at the North Maintenance Hanger of the
Beaumont Municipal Airport; and,
WHEREAS, Ram Steel Constructors, Inc., Beaumont, Texas, submitted a bid in the
amount of$25,300; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Ram Steel
Constructors, Inc., Beaumont, Texas should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Ram Steel Constructors, Inc., Beaumont, Texas for the
replacement of the exterior metal wall system at the North Maintenance Hanger of the
Beaumont Municipal Airport in the amount of $25,300 be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
