BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to file a grant application and
execute a grant agreement with the Federal Transit Administration to partially fund the
operation of the Beaumont Municipal Transit from October 1, 1998 through September 30,
1999 (FY 1999).
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the�3rL,C day of
1999.
