WHEREAS, bids were received Monday, February 22 1999, for furnishing all labor,
materials, supplies and equipment to clean, repair, and apply waterproof coating to the
exterior walls of the Art Museum of Southeast Texas located at 500 Main Street; and,
WHEREAS, JNA Painting Company, Inc., Dallas, Texas, submitted a bid in the
amount of$46,990; and
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by JNA Painting
Company, Inc., Dallas, Texas, in the amount of $46,990 should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by JNA Painting Company, Inc., Dallas, Texas, for furnishing all
labor, materials, supplies and equipment to clean, repair, and apply waterproof coating to
the exterior walls of the Art Museum of Southeast Texas located at 500 Main Street, in the
amount of $46,990 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
