THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to approve an historic preservation
loan request for $52,000 to Paul Chargois from the Historic Preservation Loan Fund for
the exterior renovation of the building at 694 Forrest, Beaumont, Texas. The work consists
of repairs to the front porch, repair of exterior rot, termite damage and painting.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the�—day
of 71999.
