BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract amendment
with Mark Whiteley and Associates, Inc. for the Walden Road Engineering Services
contract in the amount of$102,299.57. The project limits have been increased to include
the section of roadway from east of IH-10 to Fannett Road. The amendment is for the
design of this extension.
