WHEREAS, the lawsuit of Mike Allen v City of Beaumont, has been discussed in
an Executive Session properly called and held Tuesday, March 2, 1999; and
WHEREAS, the Council desires to authorize the settlement of the lawsuit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized to settle the lawsuit of Mike Allen
v City of Beaumont, in the amount of Five-Thousand ($5,000.00) Dollars.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the /� day of
