BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves and designates the value of fees waived in the
cost of building code fees ($8,800) and the cost of street improvements ($20,431.26) by
the City of Beaumont in the total amount of $29,231.26 to be considered as a matching
contribution to the HOME Grant program. /
