BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve the purchase of a
modular office system for the new Municipal Court facility located at 720 Orleans. The
modular office system will be purchased from the Texas Correctional Industries of
Huntsville, Texas at a cost of $35,676.42
