WHEREAS, sealed bids were received Monday, February 1, 1999, for the annual
contract for Polyacrylamide Cationic Emulsion Liquid Polymer for the Water Reclamation
Division of the Water Utilities Department; and,
WHEREAS, Fort Bend Services, Inc., Stafford, Texas, submitted a bid in the
amounts shown below:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Fort Bend Services, Inc., Stafford, Texas for the annual
contract for Polyacrylamide Cationic Emulsion Liquid Polymer for the Water Reclamation
Division of the Water Utilities Department in the unit amounts shown above be accepted
by the City of Beaumont.
