WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of two (2) rubber track excavators
for the Water Utilities, Sewer Maintenance Division to be used in the repair and
maintenance of sewer lines; and,
WHEREAS, CLM Equipment, Nederland, Texas, submitted a bid in the amount of
$91,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by CLM Equipment,
Nederland, Texas, in the amount of$91,000.00 should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by CLM Equipment, Nederland, Texas, in the amount of
$91,000.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1999.
