BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to commence negotiations to
acquire property in the vicinity of Sarah, Fannett, and 11 th Street for the location of a new
branch library.
