BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized to execute a financing agreement
with Koch Financial Corporation for financing two (2) 1999 Frazer ambulances and one (1)
Caterpillar D7 dozer at a rate of 4.59% for five (5) years with the first annual payment in
arrears. The total cost of equipment is $425,916.
