WHEREAS, bids were received February 8, 1999, for the improvements to the
Beaumont Fire Training Center project; and,
WHEREAS, Bo-Mac Contractors, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of
$1,046,504.63 for the construction of improvements to the Beaumont Fire Training Center
project; and
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Bo-Mac
Contractors, Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Bo-Mac Contractors, Inc. in the amount of$1,046,504.63 for
the construction of improvements to the Beaumont Fire Training Center project be
accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized
to execute such contract.
