WHEREAS, sealed bids were received on Monday, February 1, 1999, for the
purchase of one (1) high density mechanical mobile storage systems for the new Municipal
Court facility at 720 Orleans; and,
WHEREAS, NB Business Systems, Houston, Texas, submitted a bid of$22,480.38;
and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by NB Business
Systems, Houston, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by NB Business Systems, Houston, Texas in the amount of
$22,480.38 for the purchase of one (1) high density mechanical mobile storage systems
for the new Municipal Court facility at 720 Orleans be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1999.
